Christmas concert by the Choir “Papa Giovanni XXIII” of Saponara, inauguration of the parish nativity scene and the Christmas tree in Piazza Duomo
The “CORO PAPA GIOVANNI XXIII” was established in September 2021, coinciding with the birth of the oratory of the same name.
The staff is made up of 14 members, who are the young people who also take care of the oratory activities.
The choir immediately began researching polyphonic pieces, studying the repertoires of Frisina, Vivona and Liberto, with the aim of animating the liturgies and moments of Christian community.
The passion for music, the spirit of aggregation and the growth in the study of these years has allowed the boys to try their hand at performing pieces of various musical genres: mainly Gregorian and classical, but also pop.
